If you’ve never tried a B&B before,
perhaps because you prefer to breakfast on your own,
you owe it to yourself to try the Crosswinds difference!
Crosswinds is a small, family-owned B&B. When you contact us, you are directly in touch with the people who fell in love with this location on Fort Hill and work diligently to preserve its charming character and natural beauty. We love sharing it with travelers who appreciate the difference between staying in a motel and experiencing the unique and special attention one gets in our B&B Suites.
Our rooms are decorated to make you feel like you’re visiting family or friends instead of motel-motif. Because our Studio and Cottage both offer private entrances, bathrooms, outdoor relaxation areas, and the convenience of a kitchenette stocked with breakfast choices, we combine the intimacy of a B&B and the privacy of a motel. We look forward to meeting you and gladly assist you with information and recommendations about the area, if desired.
Most people find the location and amenities convenient and enjoyable, but if you are looking for a completely quiet experience in July and August, the rooms are quiet, but you will be aware of road noise outside in the yard during the daytime.
