“Ron & Andrea were absolutely amazing! They greeted us upon arrival to show us through the house. There were so many brochures for restaurants and activities for the whole Cape which were very handy. We had board games which we used many times when the weather wasn’t great for a beach day. Overall, we had everything we needed. They even supplied breakfast food and coffee!! I will definitely be looking to stay here again next year!”

“Nice size studio close to everything. Although it’s on a main highway, you don’t hear anything at all. They had EVERYTHING you can think of: extra raincoats, brochures, towels for sun tanning lotion removal, high/low tide clock, and on demand on the TV. They really think about everything you might need and are gracious hosts!”

Andrea was very kind and helpful. Andrea also offered some advice on where to go and what to do! It was a great location close to a bunch of beaches and restaurants. I would definitely come back!”

“Comfortable, clean, and inviting—a great Cape Cod destination. We have visited here the past two summers and we love it: easy access to Wellfleet and Provincetown, and Eastham itself is beautiful. We especially appreciate the hosts’ welcoming approach which makes us feel like relatives. Highly recommend eating at Arnold’s, Eastham Superette, and Marconi’s Beach Restaurant and BBQ. Day trips to P-Town and beach at First Encounter.”

Ron and Andrea are very kind and wanted to assure that all went well for us. The Eastham location was perfect for beautiful walks and trips into Wellfleet, Truro, PTown and other parts of the Cape. “My girlfriend and I absolutely loved our stay at Ron Andrea’s place. We could not have asked for a better weekend on the cape. The location is perfect, close to beaches, restaurants, shops, and just about all of the Cape’s best attractions. The space was great. Perfect sized kitchen, very large living area and a very nice, fully equipped bathroom. We also loved the fireplace heating unit. Ron and Andrea were both so accommodating. We loved meeting them, they were the nicest people and the best hosts you could ask for. Perfect balance of being both available and also respectful of privacy. Also the place coming fully stocked with a variety of breakfast options was a huge plus too. All in all, it was one of the best Air BNB experiences I’ve had and I greatly look forward to returning.”

“We would highly recommend a break at Ron and Andreas lovely cottage. From the minute we arrived we noticed some really thoughtful touches that set our stay apart and made for such a good winter break! Ron and Andrea were so welcoming and helpful without being intrusive at all. The location is great if you’re looking for a central spot on the cape and don’t mind being a bit secluded- easy drive to some of the most beautiful beaches as well as towns. We followed Rons recommendation for a long walk at coastguard beach and sunset on first encounter beach, and had a day exploring the stunning outer cape coastline- race point beach was deserted and beautiful (and cold!) The cottage is close to fort hill which is meant to be good for sunrise and birding, we just enjoyed the views. Would definitely recommend Rock Harbor grill for a great dinner in Orleans! The cottage has everything you need for a break- in winter it felt cosy and welcoming with the fire and such a thoughtful provision of teas, coffee and breakfast treats- the bread was delicious! Such a shame to only be there a weekend as it’s a lovely spot to spend a lazy morning drinking coffee or playing the games provided. Simple, homely and relaxing!”

    • What a wonderful stay we had - all too brief but we loved every minute! The studio was very large and so well appointed - there was nothing left to ask for. The area of Eastham is lovely and  close to everything, The owners, Andrea and Ron, were incredibly welcoming and accommodative - we hated to leave but hope to come back one day.

Ron and Andrea's cottage is in the perfect location for exploring the outer cape. It is very close to the national seashore and within close proximity to numerous restaurants. The cottage is the perfect size for two and is very clean, comfortable, and well equipped for your stay. The hosts are highly knowledgable about the area and very willing to share insider traveler tips with their guests. They provide you a bounty of items to enjoy for breakfast and Andrea's bread is the tastiest we've had in a long time. Stay here. You won't be disappointed!

Ron greeted us as we arrived and gave a thoughtful and thorough tour of the cottage. The Cottage was clean, homey, and served as a wonderful place to return and relax after a long day exploring all the exciting places and activities Cape Cod has to offer. With walking proximity to Fort Hill and only a short drive to Coast Guard Beach, the location can't be beat! And as many other reviews have stated, Andrea's egg bread and the beach plum jam are incredible!

We liked having a variety of breakfast foods to make and eat in the room at our leisure, while planning our activities for the day. Andrea was a very warm and welcoming host and provided activity suggestions based on our life style preferences.

Had a lovely time at Ron and Andrea's. Checking in was super easy - Ron was around to show us the amenities and offer some suggestions around what to do. The cottage is spacious for 2, and would work for a couple with a kid. The grounds are beautiful - space to sit outside and tons of beautiful flowers. Ron and Andrea had stocked the kitchen with eggs, fresh bread, jam, yogurt, etc., which was really appreciated. I made breakfast every day, and dinner most nights. The location is really close to the bike path, which we loved (although, you do have to cross a major street to get there) and close to ocean side and bay side beaches, as well as close to some fresh water ponds. The one downside is that the cottage is located close to the aforementioned major street, so you will hear car noise.

Ron and Andrea were very considerate and thoughtful. They gave us our privacy but were attentive to our inquiries. The space is accurately represented and we were pleasantly surprised at the great selection of local healthy options. There are also some great personally compiled resources for things to do and places to eat in the area. We very much enjoyed our stay
